Three experienced, independent developers are cooperating to re-develop 39 homes in the Trenton Ferry Historic district:

• Centre Street, LLC is building three new single family town homes, and is restoring one additional home.
  
  
• HHG Development Phase 1, LLC is renovating 29 loft units in two complexes: The Cracker Factory and Everett Corner. It is also restoring 4 single family homes.
  
  
• Roebling Redevelopment Group, LLC is renovating 6 single famly town homes.

[Life is in the Details™] Principals of the three companies cooperating to develop Trenton Ferry have been involved in the restoration and development of literally dozens of other projects in Trenton and elsewhere.
