Trenton Ferry includes four deed-restricted affordable units at extremely attractive prices (see table below). Sale of these units will be administered by HHG, with the assistance of the New Jersey Housing Affordability Service (NJ HAS). Sales priority will be determined by a random lottery among applicants who have completed and mailed a preliminary application to HHG. The application deadline for Units CF-3 and CF-14 is now closed. However, if your family income is between $35,000 and $55,000 you may qualify for one of the two bedroom homes on Second Street which will be sold in early 2009.

Lottery winners will then be asked to complete a comprehensive application, which will be administered by NJ HAS. If qualified, winners will be offered the opportunity to purchase an affordable unit. The process will continue through the list of buyers in the lottery-determined order, until all of the units are sold to qualified buyers.
